consumer is enrolled in multiple programmes simultaneously - and
that number keeps growing. From Octopus Rewards and The Point
to Asia Miles, a dozen bank card schemes, and hundreds of
individual retail and hotel programmes, the sheer volume of options
is unmatched anywhere in Asia Pacific.
The fact is: more enrolled members does not mean more loyalty.
